When I point the blaming finger
At another (they’re bad) or,
At the self (I’m bad)
I am saying
I cannot tolerate
A feeling brought up inside of me
I cannot tolerate
Myself
When I point the finger
I contract away from the feeling in the body
Point the finger - feel the contraction
Relax the finger - feel the body, chest, jaw, throat, breath…
As I return to my body, I am no longer self abandoning
From here I can take effortless action
Life feels like flow
Blaming/shaming/rescuing reveals an avoided feeling
That avoided feeling is not a problem
That avoided feeling
Is the invitation
